We earn in Questra in 3 ways:
By investing. – We simply buy investment portfolio. Questra have 25 professional managers who trade regularly. By default, a portfolio is divided among all 25 managers. That means every manager will act 4% of the portfolio. However, there is the possibility to manually adjust these parameters so that you can decide which manager should act what percentage of the portfolio. So we allow the 25 professional Questra holdings Inc managers trade on our behalf and make us some profit. Your profit is paid to you weekly after the week’s business.
Managers are paid commission for their work – this commission depend on the package. Questra weekly interest is between 4 – 6% at times 7%. The duration of the investments is 365 days and profits are paid every week on Friday evenings, with the exception of the ‘Standard package’ where all profits aren’t paid until the end of the year.
Within Questra Holdings, there are two main companies: Atlantic Global Asset Management (AGAM) - Deals with the management of financial assets of Questra holdings, A.G.A.M. Is registered in the country of the president of the company, Antonino Robalo, in the Republic of Cape Verde, located in the central part of the Atlantic Ocean. And, Questra world - Questra world deals majorly with promotion of the parent company Questra holdings.
We will be dealing with the two websites- atlanticgam.es and questraworld.es once you register you will be using same login details on both websites.

STEP 2: Now go to https://private.questraworld.es/#/login, login with same details with atlanticgam.es. Once you login, the ‘Documents’ page will automatically open with the first contract agreement. Scroll down check the radio button and click ‘Next’. Click the second contract and also agree just like you did in the first.

CALCULATION OF WEEKLY EARNINGS

For example, 6.5% (this can varies) was declared for the week and your investment package is €810 and manager commission is 30%
To calculate what you will earn for that week...
(810×6.5%) −30%
€810×6.5% = €52.65
Therefore we have...
€52.65 – (30% x €52.65) = €36.855 – profit for the week. Can be withdraw at any time

Partnership program consists of Career Ladder – The different levels of the affiliate program. An agent gets the 1st level - Newcomer - as soon as he becomes the client of the company and enters into the formal partnership agreement. In order to move to the 2nd level - Bronze Agent - you need yourself and your structure to make sales regardless of the time of 3000 euro. To move to the 3rd level - Silver Agent - 25 000 euro, and so on up to the 11th level.
The percentage of the agent`s/referral’s commission on your direct referrals/agents increase as you move up the career ladder. I.e. Newcomer - level 1 receive 5%, Bronze Agent – level 2 receive 7%. Silver Agent – level 3 receive 9% and so on. Then form level 2 – Bronze Agent, you beginning to earn commission on your indirect agents/downlines (i.e. your downlines’ downline).
AGENT`s PROFIS FROM HIS RECRUITS
Agent’s profits on the 2nd level
Let`s take an example how much you will earn from your structure on the 2nd level - Bronze agent. Suppose, after working for a month as a Bronze agent of the 2nd level, you and your structure that consists of seven newcomers of the 1st level made sales of 16,350 euro. You personally made sales of 7620 euro, from which you`ve earned 533 QP.In your structure, four newcomers worked actively as well and together made sales of 8730 euro and the other three have not managed yet, and their volume is 0 QP. Let`s calculate your income from the sales made by your structure of 8730 euro by deducting from this amount, the difference between the percentage of profitability of the 2nd and 1st levels equal to 2%. The income from the work of the newcomers amounted to 175 QP.
Now add up all the resulting income of you and your structure. As a result, in one month of the Bronze Agent Level 2 your profit will be up to 708 QP.
Agent`s Profit on the 4th level
Suppose, after working for a month as a Golden agent of the 4nd level, you and your structure that consists of two silver, one bronze and one agent beginner made sales of 94 000 euro. Your personal volume amounted to 9000 euro, from which you`ve earned 945 QP.A) Now let`s calculate the income from two silver agents of the 3rd level. Your Silver agents made sales of 70 000 euro. Let`s deduct from 70 000 euro the difference between the percentage of profitability of the 4th and 3rd level equal to 1.5%. The income from the work of the Silver agents amounted to 1 050 QP.
B) Let`s calculate the income from the bronze agent of the 2nd level. Your Bronze agent made sales of 12 000 euro. Let`s deduct from 12 000 euro the difference between the percentage of profitability of the 4th and 2nd levels equal to 3.5%. The income from the work of the Bronze agent amounted to 420 QP.
C) Let`s calculate the income from the newcomer of the 1st level. The newcomer made sales of 3 000 euro. Let`s deduct from 3 000 euro the difference between the percentage of profitability of the 4th and 1st levels equal to 5.5%. The income from the work of the newcomer amounted to 165 QP.
D) Now sum up all the profit you and your structure got. Eventually your profit for one month of work as a Golden agent of the 4th level is 2 580 QP.
CAREER PROGRESS/BONUSES
Bonus program consists of 11 levels or career stages, rising them up you will get not only new position but also extra valuable bonuses which increase your average monthly income.
When you join and become a client of the company, you are a Newcomer – 1st level. In order to move to the 2nd level – Bronze Agent, you and your structure have to make sales volume of 3000 euro. To move to the 3rd level – Silver Agent, you and your structure sales volume should be 25 000 euro, and so on up to the 11th level.
Starting with the sales volume of 25,000 euro which make you a Silver agent, the Agents of the Questra holding begin to receive additional cash bonuses. After achieving the sales volume of 25 000 euro, the agent both personally and together with his structure gets monetary remuneration of 1000 QP. With the sales volume of 50 000 euro - Gold Agent, bonus is 2000 QP. With the sales volume of 100 000 euro – Platinum Agent, bonus is 5000 QP, and so on up to a sales volume of 100 000 000 euro – Super Director, with the monetary bonus 1 000 000 QP.
Having achieved the 11th level “Super director” and received a single time bonus of 1 000 000 QP, Super director starts to receive additional bonus in the amount of 250 000 QP for each new “Super director” of the 11th level in his structure to the deep of the 5th line. The more directors you train to Super director title, the more bonuses you receive.
